Gruham Developers Founded in 2013 by partners Mukesh Motisariya , Haresh Motisariya and Ketan Paladiya, Gruham Developers began its journey with seven ambitious projects, reflecting a vision of excellence from the very beginning. These initial developments included Aastha Row-house, Aastha residency, Aastha Bungalows, Shlok Residency, Shreeji Avenue, Sai Aastha, Krishna.
Gruham Developers reached a significant milestone by recording the sale of over 1,500+ housing units in Olpad within a single year a benchmark that remains unmatched.
Since then, the company has continued its journey of steady growth and progress, adding several new projects to its portfolio, including Gruham Swarg residency, Gruham Shantwan Residency, Gruham Laxmiwadi, Gruham Royal Park & Gruham Exotica. Our team began to grow steadily—from just 5 core members at the start, we expanded to a promising workforce of nearly 15 employees by 2015.
Building on our growth from 15 to 60 team members, we expanded into the niche segment of commercial projects. In the same year, we successfully launched three landmark developments—Gruham Empire, Gruham Plaza, and Gruham Icon—which proved to be a resounding success.
2017 marked a significant milestone for Gruham, with the launch of its first weekend project - Gruham Garden Valley. Designed as a unique lifestyle destination for modern living, the project is distinguished by its lush campus of over 1 lakh trees.
Marking a key milestone, the project earned Gruham its first prestigious honour, Excellence Award by Realty Plus.
In 2018, Gruham strengthened its organizational structure, formalized departments, and expanded its workforce to over 100+ professionals, reinforcing its position as a leading brand.
In 2019, Gruham introduced Gruham Heritage, another landmark weekend project that quickly became one of the most admired additions to our portfolio, reflecting our commitment to creating exceptional lifestyle experiences.
In 2019, We Also launched Gruham Luxuria - Residential Project, Gruham marked a turning point in residential architecture, pioneering distinctive designs that reshaped the concept of modern living.
In 2020, amidst the global challenges posed by Covid, Gruham Developers took a moment to reflect on our journey, reassessing our progress, plans, and future growth. This year marked a significant milestone in our commitment to social responsibility, as we undertook impactful initiatives for the upliftment of construction workers and our employees, laying a strong foundation for a brighter future.
In 2021 we launched our new residential project, Gruham Club Life, further expanding our footprint in modern living. With each new project, Gruham introduced innovative designs and pioneering solutions, continually strengthening our expertise and market positioning.

With our footprint expanding in 2023, Gruham introduced Gruham Palace in Dindoli, bringing innovative design and modern living to a new location. In addition, Gruham launched its plotting & Housing project Gruham Elite on Pal-Gaurav Path Road, featuring an exclusive collection of only 11 units, marking a new chapter in our residential offerings.
Expanding our residential portfolio, Gruham unveiled its first high-rise project Gruham Heaven, Pal-Gaurav Path Road.
We also launched another plotting & Housing project in Saroli—Gruham Lifestyle—further expanding our presence in premium residential developments.
